logarithms - Are there functions except $log$ where $f(ab)$ = $f(a)$+$f(b)$?

Find all functions $f:\mathbb{R}\to\mathbb{R}$ such that

$f(ab)=f(a)+f(b)$. Assume that $f$ is continuous.

The other answer unfortunately haven't provided any proofs.
