calculus - how to evaluate integral: $int_{0}^{10} x^2 e^{-x^2/2} dx$

I need to evaluate this integral $$\int_{0}^{10} x^2 e^{\frac{-x^2}2} dx$$ but I'm not sure how. The problem also states that $$\int_{0}^{\infty}x^2 e^{\frac{-x^2}\beta} dx=\frac{\beta^{\frac{1+1}\beta}\Gamma(\frac1\alpha)}{\alpha^2}$$ but I don't know what that means. Can somebody point me in the right direction ?
