calculus - Calculate $1*1+2*2+3*3+4*4+....+r*r$

If $1+2+3+...+r$ is in otherwords $\frac{r(r+1)}{2}$, then what is the answer with squares?

How to find $\lim_{h\rightarrow 0}\frac{\sin(ha)}{h}$ without lhopital rule? I know when I use lhopital I easy get $$ \lim_{h\rightarrow 0}...
