Does anyone know how to show $\int_{0}^{\infty} u^{-\alpha} \sin(u) \, du >0$ for $0<\alpha<1$ (without explicitly having to calculate the exact value)?

How to find $\lim_{h\rightarrow 0}\frac{\sin(ha)}{h}$ without lhopital rule? I know when I use lhopital I easy get $$ \lim_{h\rightarrow 0}...
