calculus - How to know whether an integral can be solved?

I just wonder: How do you know whether an integral can be solved? For example, exponential integral can not be derived to final result.

How to find $\lim_{h\rightarrow 0}\frac{\sin(ha)}{h}$ without lhopital rule? I know when I use lhopital I easy get $$ \lim_{h\rightarrow 0}...
