trigonometry - Deriving sine from cosine

If $\theta$ is an angle lying between $90^{\circ}$ and $180^{\circ}$ and $\cos(\theta) = - \frac{4}{5}$, why does this mean that $\sin(\theta) = \frac{3}{5}$?
